Created by the National Museum of Racing and Hall  of Fame in Saratoga Springs, New York, and curated by Gregory R.  Weidman, this traveling exhibition features over 85 works of art by members of Maryland's Voss family, including oil paintings, watercolors, pastels, prints, and sculptures.  Its patriarch, Franklin B. Voss, was the leading American equestrian artist of his day, painting such racing greats as Man o' War, Equipoise, Seabiscuit, War Admiral, Billy Barton, and Whirlaway. MdHS is adding additional works of special Maryland interest from its own and other private collections for the exhibition's visit to Maryland.
